Shipping policy

 

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

 

US Orders:
We use UPS for all U.S. orders. Ground shipping for U.S. orders may take up 3 to 8 business days to arrive from the day you receive your shipping confirmation. We offer Free Shipping on all U.S. Orders.

International Orders:
We offer Express Worldwide shipping using DHL.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns for International Orders.

 

Estimated Delivery Time
Free Ground Shipping (within the US): 3 to 8 business days
International DHL Express Shipping: 2 to 10 business days. Please check tracking once shipped.

You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped from our warehouse in NYC. Please note, processing times do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

 

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can also log into your Port Zienna account to check on your order status at any time.

 

Pre-Orders
Please note pre-orders are made-to-order. These are expected to ship 3 to 6 weeks after the order has been placed, and are non-refundable and non-returnable.

 

Taxes and Duties
US Orders:
For orders shipping within the US, sales tax will be charged at checkout on orders shipping to the state of New York only.

International Orders:
For orders shipping to a country on our DDP list, taxes and duties are able to be prepaid at checkout or are already included in the product price. The total is shown at checkout.
