Refund policy
Returns and exchanges are gladly accepted on full priced, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise for full refund or exchange within 7 calendar days of receipt. Please email studio@portzienna.com with your order number in the subject line to initiate a return. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses incurred with returned items.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unwashed
- Unworn or unused
- Undamaged
- With all tags attached
- In its original packaging
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions | Non-returnable Items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged for another item.
We cannot accept exchanges or returns on gift cards.
Made-to-order pieces from our Bridal Collection are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Shipping Refunds
All items ship via USPS, UPS and DHL.
Payment of return shipping costs, including import duties and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer, not Port Zienna.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges that do not meet this policy will not be accepted.
